The Life Member registration fee $5.00 and the cost of a badge is $5.00 for a total of $10.00.   The Guest registration fee is $5.00 and the cost of the badge is $5.00 for a total of $10.00

 

A detailed list of events, vendors, and maps will be available at Convention Headquarters.

 

Registration office hours are tentatively scheduled for:

 

Wednesday, August 4^th:       4 pm to 7 pm

Thursday, August 5^th:            8 am to 12 pm, & 3 pm to 7 pm

Friday, August 6^th:                    8 am to 12 pm, & 3 pm to 7 pm

Saturday, August 7^th:            10 am to 12 pm

 

 

To pre-register, please return the enclosed registration slip(s) with a check or money order (made payable to:  Southwestern Association of Volunteer Firemen, to the Membership Secretary at the above address. Pre-registered Delegate packets can be picked up at the registration office at the convention.

DEADLINE FOR PRE-REGISTRATION IS July 31^st, 2010

 

If you are unable to attend the convention and would like your pre-registration packet mailed to you, please include and additional $5.00 and note it on your registration slip.

 

Note: Due to rising postage costs, to continue to receive pre-registration information by mail, you must pre-regsiter at least once every four (4) years.
